Terms

The repair cost will not exceed $425 unless authorized. Payment is processed when the equipment ships. Credit card receipts and invoices are mailed separately from the shipment. Wire transfer is an accepted method of payment. Pricing does not include freight, taxes, duties, or tariffs if applicable.

Shipment notifications are emailed to the address in this form. Freight is prepared in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010 CPT and is prepaid and added to the invoice. Door-to-door delivery service and customs clearance, if applicable, is included. International duties, VAT, GST and other taxes are collected by the freight company prior to delivery.
