The completely new Itronix Fex21 handheld computer is loaded with options. For starters, you'll find a suite of Microsoft Pocket Office software installed and configured properly on each Fex21. With software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access you'll be able to get to work right away. Standard equipment includes a battery charger, rechargeable battery pack, communications cable, 9-pin serial port, PC Card drive, Infrared port, 33.6kbps modem, and a speaker/microphone.
Weighing in at just 26 oz, the Fex21 features an "Open Book" design which eliminates hinges and provides for additional durability in the field. The Fex21 exceeds Military standards for Storm, Drop, Collision Protection, and extreme temperatures. The two PC Card slots support a wide variety of devices such as GPS receivers, network cards, and Flash storage media. Powered by a rechargeable battery pack, the Fex21 provides for over 8 hours of continuous use in the field or 12 hours of typical use.
